As I like to say, why buy something when it can be made at home for even less cost? I wanted some tassels for ceiling fan pull chain switches, but because tassels are no longer trendy on modern ceiling fans, they are nearly impossible to find. The very few options I did find online were overpriced and weren't in the style I wanted. I gathered the necessary supplies and decided to make my own. I'm very happy with the results so I wanted to share how I made them! They're customizable with any colour and they each costed me less than $1.50 CAD to make. The beauty of DIY projects strikes again!
