In this episode I visit Little Thai Market located in the Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia. Since my last video I've seen many comments recommending this place so I had to go and see for myself. Upon arrival there were already lots of people in line. All were waiting in line for one thing and that is the Salmon curry over rice. It appears the salmon is blackened in an oven, placed over white rice with steamed broccoli and then smothered with thai curry soup and sweet thai chilli sauce. This dish was a sweet curry seafood treat to my taste buds. Not only was it light but it was packed with southeast flavor goodness. The curry itself would satisfy anyone but to have it served over some salmon and shrimp took it over the top for me. Give them a try because you will enjoy it!
