Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Paneer – 200 grams
Kasuri methi – 1 teaspoon

Ingredients
Ghee – 2 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick
Cloves – 3
Cardamom – 2
Bay leaf – 2
Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoon
Dry chilli – 2
Green chilli – 3
Water – 4 cups
Salt
30 mins soaked basmati rice – 2 cups (400 grams)
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
