Taylor Seguin, Centre 105 Executive Director, explains why the program is about more than food. The social side of what they do is so important in building community for some of our most vulnerable people in the Cornwall area. By providing a safe and open space, they encourage their clients to form connections while accessing a free hot breakfast three days a week.
The United Way Centraide SDG is proud to fund their food program, helping them purchase the necessary ingredients and equipment to prepare ready-to-eat meals at a large scale three times a week all year round.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
Centre 105 is a drop-in program that provides a free ready-to-eat hot breakfast three days a week for the community and access to other community supports as needed. A benefit of having a ready-to-eat meals is that it’s a convenient option for people, especially if they lack the necessary equipment, knowledge and/or capability to prepare a meal at home.
