70g / 2.4oz Cabbage 0.10

1 Veg Stock 0.12
1 tsp Corn flour 0.02
½ tsp Thyme 0.02
½ tsp Parsley 0.02
1 tsp Black pepper 0.04
1 tsp Veg oil 0.02
450g / 15.8oz Plain Flour 0.22
112g / 4oz Unsalted Butter 0.87
112g / 4oz Lard 0.15
Pinch of salt 0.00
170g Cold water 0.00

Chop all of the veg into small cubes and fry until softened in a little veg oil. Add the stock cube melted in a little hot water and allow to simmer for about 5 mins.
Add the herbs and seasoning.
Add a little corn flour in cold water and allow the mixture to thicken.
Set aside to cool.
With the other ingredients make a shortcrust pastry.
Roll out the pastry and cut into 51/2 x 7 inch rectangles.
Fill on one side with the veg mix and fold over and seal.
