Tom Clancy’s The Division- People always claim that PVP is high risk, high reward....but nothing could be further from the truth. Here's why, and how I'd fix it.
To clarify the 'god roll' thing since a lot of people are very skeptical of this idea, there's pool of literally thousands of items to pull from here. It would take someone months (or years) to build a full set of gear out of this stuff. This is not a way to reliably gear up. It's nice top up or minor improvement to your existing builds. The loot game remains very much intact; it's just that one week, if you're very lucky, you'll see a really nice pair of Predator's Mark knee-pads that give you an extra 30 firearms, 50 armor and 0.5% enemy armour dmg.
I hope this clears things up- I think I should have explained the concept more in the video.
