This roasted bone marrow recipe couldn't be any easier and the results are fantastic! The balance of flavors between the roasted marrow and bright, acidic herb salad are a match made in heaven. Good toasted bread is the perfect vehicle for this dish so don't skimp on the quality.

This dish is based off of chef Fergus Henderson's world-famous roasted marrow bones from St. John in London. In an Eater 2014 article, Henderson states his strategy is simple: "Celebrate the Bone".
