Debra McClutchy is a Brooklyn-based independent filmmaker and content creator. Her most recent film credits include co-director of THE MARTHA MITCHELL EFFECT, a 40-minute archival documentary distributed by Netflix that premiered at Sundance Film Festival 2022.
