12 Poses for Osteoporosis with 60 second holds. If you haven't done my first video for the 12 Poses or the video with the 12 Poses with 30 second holds, I recommend that you try those videos first.
Yoga improves posture, balance, coordination, range of motion, strength, flexibility while reducing anxiety and risk of falling. You can practice these poses everyday!

1. Tree
2. Triangle
3. Warrior II
4. Side angle pose
5. Revolved triangle
6. Locust
7. Bridge
8. Supine hand to foot I
9. Supine hand to foot II
10. Straight leg twist
11. Bent knee twist
12. Final relaxation - Corpse pose
By doing this video and my other videos regularly, you will get better at the poses, you will get more flexible, you will get stronger and you will build better bones. Be consistent with your practice. Consistency is key!
Feel free to modify the yoga poses, come out of a pose before the 60 seconds is up or pause the video between poses to set up for the next pose. Be patient with yourself and just do your best. Your poses don't have to look exactly like mine. Listen to your body and how your body feels.
