Just be prepared to spend about $20-30K+ to do it and pray you can get all the electronics to happily talk to one another. You'll also lose out on BMW refinement as you'll be making your own engine and motor mounts. I'd also suggest going with a 6MT as there's no way the ZF auto will work.
