After a number of serious accidents involving trains carrying petroleum last year, Canada and the United States are looking at ways to improve rail safety. And with oil and gas production soaring in both countries, there are growing fears of explosive cargo moving through some communities. Al Jazeera's Daniel Lak reports from Toronto.
