Chennai, Nov 06 (ANI): Reacting to the controversy surrounding his ‘dog eaters’ statement on Naga people, DMK organising secretary RS Bharathi said that his speech is being ‘misinterpreted’. Talking to ANI on November 06, RS Bharathi said that he was praising Naga people and Governor RN Ravi only insulted them.“We have not insulted them, in fact, we have praised them. My speech is being misinterpreted... he (Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi) is acting like an RSS person...he was sent back from Nagaland because during his tenure, an order for dog meat ban was passed and now, it has been set aside by Guwahati high court...he only insulted the people of Nagaland,” said RS Bharathi.
