Update from Residencial Bali 2 in Playa del Carmen

Hi everyone! Last week I had a chance to stop by Residencial Bali 2 again, which is Phase 2 of an expansive residential development in Playa del Carmen built by Hogares Union, a Mexican developer with 40 years of experience. The last time I filmed here a few months ago, the common areas were still under construction. Now they are ready for use :)

Currently, the developer still has a Few houses available in pre-construction. Prices have gone up since my initial Bali videos were posted, as follows:

For the Recinto model home, the price is now 3,100,000 pesos (approx. 155K USD)
For the Crozet model home, the price is now 3,770,000 pesos (approx. 188,500 USD)
For the Monaco model home, the price is now 4,835,000 pesos (approx. 241,750 USD); currently a 250,000 pesos (approx. 12,500 USD) off Bonus is available off the Monaco model :)
