This is a video that explains the Adverse Driving Exception and how it can and cannot be used. This exception can be used by any truck driver whether they use ELD or run under the Short Haul "Timecard" Exception. If using the Short Haul "Timecard" Exception you must fill out a paper log book for the day to use the exception.
