Hi guys, welcome to my Madeira vlog! We visited here for the first time and absolutely fell in love. Such a stunning place and definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere a bit different but without the long flight time (from the UK anyway!) Please see below our hotel details and recommendations of things to do.

Things to do/see
- Get a cable car in Funchal up to Monte Palace Tropical Garden and then a toboggan run back down (we queued for quite a while to get the toboggan but it was fun!)
- Visit Cascata dos Anjos (Anjos waterfall) in Ponta do Sol. This was a 2 minute walk from our hotel
- Levada do Moinho hike
- Cabo Girao skywalk
- Seixal beach
- Porto Moniz natural swimming pools
- Fanal forest
- Madeira Botanical Garden

Restaurants
Steak & Sun, Ponta do Sol
Restaurante do Forte, Funchal (this was where we went for our anniversary dinner and you have the option to get picked up in a classic car)
