As we’ve discussed before on this channel, it was incredibly difficult to leave the Star Wars galaxy. This was due to the hyperspace barrier: an almost impenetrable bubble likely created by the celestials. Some sources claim that those who passed it would go mad, while others believe you would simply be destroyed. Just before this barrier were 6 dwarf galaxies, who’s inhabitants included races of giants, cyborgs and telepaths. Travellers who did manage to escape the hyperspace barrier would have to travel for about 15,000 years to get to the next galaxy. They would find this galaxy totally ruined and full of horrific beasts created during a war between the varius Yuzhan Vong factions and two warring droid races.
