A message from Dr Sam Jethwa - President of the BACD

As of last weekend, I take on the position of President of The British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Europe’s largest association of cosmetic dentists and shapes the direction of cosmetic dentistry, and most importantly the academy that helped me to be the aesthetic dentist I am today.

I never once considered that this moment could ever be possible, despite 10years within committees of which 6 years on the board of directors. I feel entirely ready to take this illustrious academy through into its next chapter, supported by an incredible group of board members and committees. Thank you to all those who believed in me, before I did in myself.

The BACD exists, to deliver education in the most cutting edge, safe, and predictable cosmetic dentistry for patients. However it is also a community of like minded individuals, and exists to provide a network and community that takes you places quicker, and with people around you who want to see you succeed.
