The heartbroken father of a young woman, killed in a head-on crash at Berkshire Park near Penrith, has pleaded for drivers to "take their lives seriously."
It comes as disturbing video of the 21-year-old behind the wheel, moments before the fatal collision, was shared online by her friends.
