DCS is launching a new evolution of the super-popular stand alone intake grid heater controller!!! This system operates much the same as the OEM unit on a Dodge truck. The controller monitors intake air temperature, and when temps start to dip down and engines get a little cranky (get it?) the controller switches on the grid heaters (and an indicator light to let you know the heaters have started to cycle) for much needed cold start assistance. Comes with comprehensive instructions. Intake heaters and the new DCS controllers are not necessarily limited to a pick-up truck application either, any Cummins 4BT, 12 or 24 valve engine--in a boat, RV, bus or tractor--can use this completely stand-alone controller.
