Pumpkin Spice Bagel Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp zero calorie brown sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg (for egg wash)
Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese:
1/2 cup of cream cheese
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
1/2 tbsp zero calorie brown sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix ingredients until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into equal portions (this recipe makes 4 bagels) and shape into bagels. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush each bagel with a beaten egg for that golden finish.
Air fry or bake for 20 minutes, or until bagels are firm and slightly browned.
