The Ergo-Load-System or ROHDE ELS is the consequent technical development of frontloaders with pull-out drawer floors. The kiln floor can be pulled out like a drawer allowing ergonomic loading on three sides that is easy on the back.
The pull-out kiln floor is fitted with a conical sealing chord preventing incoming draughts. The high-quality rollers mounted on ball bearings and solid guide rails ensure an extremely smooth and safe movement with maximum durability.
All our kiln models from the ELS-N and ELS-S series are easy on the back and are now equipped with the innovative Comfort Stop System as a standard feature. Two hydropneumatic dampers allow the car to slow down smoothly before reaching the stop position. With the additional brake function the kiln car can be locked safely at any position.
