Connect to the internet and go into White Tiles 4 and it should come up with the daily diamond reward. But then, exit the app and turn the internet off. When you re-enter the app, the daily reward should still be there, but so should the box in the upper left hand corner. Just keep tapping that and it should work.

This was on an IPad 2 (Not an IPad mini, an actual IPad2), so that may have something to do with it. (This poor thing is at least 6-8 Years old XD)
