Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) lodged a second chargesheet in the Ishrat Jehan fake encounter case against three serving officers of the Intelligence Bureau and a former head of the Gujarat wing of the bureau, Rajinder Kumar, slapping murder and conspiracy charges on them, while leaving out Narendra Modi aide Amit Shah. Ishrat, a 19-year-old college student, was killed by policemen in an alleged fake encounter a decade ago.
