I've been in Peru at Santuario Huistin (which means Sactuary of Healing) Ayahuasca Retreat for the past week. I just put together a short video to talk about my experiences here.
The retreat sits alongside a boiling river which is apparently the only one like it in the world. It's really awesome to see, and feels surreal to be around. You can see some video and pics of it on my IG: MyGuide2Life.
The staff here at Santuario are all really lovely. They don't speak much English though, but there are people around who can translate. The food is really great, most of the fruits are grown locally and are organic, and despite the use of salt or herbs (something necessary for the ayahuasca to have its full effect) the food is still really delicious. It's also nice to not be eating crap that's full of preservatives, GMOs, chemicals and pesticides.
Even if you just came out here to this relaxing environment and ate the food they serve here and didn't do ayahuasca it would do a lot of healing for most people who live the toxic lives that most of us do.
I'll do a full write-up of my experience on my blog soon so keep an eye on [ Ссылка ] in the coming weeks.
