Nimble is the one and only CRM that I recommend to my tribe of solopreneurs, consultants and independent sales professionals.
It is just the right mix of features. Not too many, not too few.
2 things stand way out though. The ability via a chrome plugin to harvest contacts from the social web directly into your CRM while browsing social sites like LinkedIn and Twitter, etc.
The other is the ability to track opens of any email you toggle the feature on for. You can finally know when someone has opened your email and when to follow up.
All of this plus a great UI/UX - Can't ask for much more than that.
Oh ya, the team over there are super friendly and helpful :)
