Life is cautiously returning to the streets of a city in northern Ukraine that had been besieged by Russian forces until they pulled back. Our security and defence editor Deborah Haynes reports from Chernihiv.

A few shops are reopening. Outside the back of a tower block devastated by a Russian strike, a line of old ladies waited to collect buckets of water but power and water are still severely limited.
