3 Tbsp Tutty Fruity
3 Tbsp Roughly Chopped Cashew nuts
3 Tbsp Roughly Chopped Almonds
3 Tbsp Raisins
6 Tbsp Orange Juice
Caramel:
6 Tbsp Sugar
3-4 Tbsp Warm Water
Cake Batter:
1 Cup Milk
6 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla Essesnce
1 Tsp Nutmeg (Jaiphal) Powder
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon (Dalchini) Powder
1/4 Tsp Dried Ginger Powder
2 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Vinegar
Some dry fruits
[BAKING INSTRUCTION]
OTG/Convection: Preheat oven at 170 celcious for 10 min & then bake the cake for 60 min.
