Imagine this. You're rushing out the door for work. You're thinking of stopping for an Egg and Sausage McMuffin and then you remember " I prepped those!" You grab one for the road! This could all be yours with our Healthy Protein Packed Egg and Turkey Sausage McMuffin.
Egg and Turkey Sausage McMuffin

Macros Per Serving - 433 Calories - 28g Carbs - 20.5g Fat - 33g Protein
Ingredients
450g Ground Turkey
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
6 Whole Eggs
6 Slices Medium Cheddar Cheese
6 English Muffins
Directions
1) In a large bowl combine 450g Ground Turkey with Fennel, Thyme, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper and mix until well combined. Form 6 patties and place on a piece of parchment paper sprayed with non stick cooking spray (Trust me on this one)
2) Preheat a non stick pan over medium-high heat. Spray with non stick cooking spray and cook patties in batches, about 4 minutes per side until cooked through (thermometer reads 165 degree F). Cook all 6 patties and set aside.
3) Wipe out pan and reduce heat to Medium-Low. Place egg rings if using and spray with non stick cooking spray. Crack eggs into rings and cover and cook for 4-5 minutes until the eggs are no longer runny.
4) While your eggs are cooking, lightly toast english muffins in a toaster.
5) Remove eggs when finished and begin assembling egg & sausage mcmuffin. I put a little ketchup for a little sweetness and to be more like the McDonalds version.
6) You can store these in plastic wrap in the fridge or freezer. Just pop them into the microwave and heat until desired temp is reached.
