An Introduction to the Hi temperature Infrared Thermometer. It is supplied with instructions for use, a soft carry pouch and battery

It is ideal for precise non-contact measurement of surface temperatures being suitable to monitor machinery, appliances, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, food preparation etc.

It is simple to use having one trigger button to press giving virtually instant readings having a response time of less than 1 second. Releasing the button after measurement activates data hold of the reading taken.

By holding the button facilitates a scan mode where the reading continually changes relevant to the temperature of the surfaces being measured. There is also a min max memory since power on.

It has a 30 to 1 spot size ratio meaning that at 30cm away from the surface being measured, the spot area diameter is 1cm.

The thermometer has a measurement range from -30° to 950°C with an overall resolution of 0.1°C.The user can select readings to be displayed in °C or °F

The emissivity is pre-set at 0.95

The display is a 26mm Hi-contrast LCD with clear digits, function indicators and a backlight.

It also has an auto power off function and a low battery indicator.
