4. Lore.
Do any of you really remember your great grandparents, or the things they did, or owned? How about great GREAT Grand parents.

Like myself, I'd wager most of us don't really know much about or remember these people, their dreams, the things they felt were important to them. And nothing of theirs has been passed down as far as I'm aware.
The vast majority of us will be the same, a distant memory to our grandchildrens children, if they meet us at all.

So really, is anything we're doing, working on, dreaming about all that important?

All our experiences, the good, the bad, they're all momentary. And only as meaningful as the significance we assign to them.
These, in and of themselves are also often quickly forgotten, left to dissipate into an ether of our other past and long gone memories. Some however do stick, mould and shape us to varying degrees, for better or worse.

This isn't to say that we should avoid our feelings, or any life experiences, and it doesn't nullify any of the joy or pain we feel. Part of the true beauty in our temporary nature is the vast range of feeling one can experience, and the things we can do, for ourselves, and for others.

The name of our song itself, reflects upon the fleeting nature of emotions, experiences, and life. We all have highs and lows, experience Joys and Sorrow, These things always pass, Leaving behind echoes that shape us as people. This song is a sonic journey through those moments, and a reminder to embrace them for what they are, And then let them go.
