GZPK-26 is an automatic high speed tablet press machine with 26 D tooling.

This high-speed tablet press machine has pre-compression rollers which can compress the material slightly to force the air out of the material and then the main compression rollers will compact the material heavily to finally form the solid tablets.

The turret resolution speed is up to 110 rpm. And automatic tablet weight adjustment is available on this GZPK-26 high-speed tablet press machine;
Defective tablet rejection system can reject the substandard tablets automatically;

Punch over tight protection device is adopted on this GZP-26 high-speed tablet press machine, and the automatic tablet press machine will stop automatically once any punch gets stuck on the turret;

Main pressure, tablet thickness and dosage quantity can be displayed and controlled on the HMI;

Different type of tooling can be customized on this automatic tablet press machine, if you want to customized it with B type tooling , 32 sets B type tooling will be installed on this automatic tablet press machine.
