The Fuel cap is released with the button on the dash close to the steering wheel.
A word here, for those that are not aware, it’s a convention for all cars that the position of the fuel filler, left or right hand side of the car is always shown on the fuel gauge as an arrow pointing left or right.
When the button is pressed you’ll hear a pop sound from the button and the fuel cap opens on the left rear of the XK8.
