Hi, here it is....new pump 4.0 strength workout.
A total body workout. You can perform the workout with a barbell or with dumbbells. You perform each exercise for 25 seconds. After the 25 second there will be a new movement. You have 30 sec rest after each muscle group.
Please remember that we all are different and that you can make this your OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to.
