The Parliament's Trade Committee has recommended the cancellation of the Agreement Uganda signed with Uganda Vinci Coffee Company on the grounds that it violates the constitution, several tax laws and the NSSF Act, among others. The Committee report NTV has seen has also concluded that Vinci Coffee company lacks the financial capacity to manage the coffee industry and to construct a coffee processing factory at Namanve.
