Did you know: Damper is a traditional Australian soda bread, historically prepared by early settlers, swagmen, drovers, stockmen and other travellers.
And now - with our recipe, you can be cooking this for your mates and family around the campfire on your next trip.

1 x 300ml Cream
1 x 300ml Bundaberg Ginger Beer
Baking Soda
What you need:
1 x Camp Oven
1 x Mixing Bowl
Aluminium Foil
And most importantly...
3 x Beers to sink while you wait for it to cook
