Why is learning so difficult? Why does it feel like you go nowhere despite putting in the hard work and the effort? The reason for this is simple. You don't understand one of the following foundational 6 concepts. Study and internalize these concepts and revolutionize the way you upgrade that supercomputer in your head.

Concept 1: Learning is a physical process, not a mental one.
Concept 2: Your brain is a small universe.
Concept 3: This "universe" is alive and constantly changing.
Concept 4: Your knowledge is superficial and lacks roots.
Concept 5: You ignore feedback (ie. the power of true iterative learning)
Concept 6: You don't stick with the program for the learning to take place.

WHO AM I?
I have spent most of my life studying and thinking about how to retain what I learn. I have an undergraduate degree from Harvard University, a medical degree from the Yale School of Medicine and finished residency at a Harvard-affiliated hospital. I am now a board-certified doctor practicing in the US. This entire channel is dedicated to the art and science of learning, productivity and success.
