Even on a budget you can create realistic art.
For these realistic tiger eyes we're only using a set of 36 pastel pencils.
I'm using the Stabilo Carbothello 36 set because for their price you can't get any better and even if you have all the money in the world to spend,
they're still amazing. But as with all my other video,
you can follow along with wichever brand you like.
I also divided the tiger up in two halves:
in the first section I'll show you how to layer with just your pencils
& in the second section I'll show you how I work with one of my favourite tools : PanPastel . And to remain in theme and stick to the budget,
I'm only using the 5 basic colors.
