- orange zest - 1 tbsp
- prunes - 2 tbsp
- orange juice- 1 cup
* Spice & Date mixture
- dates- 225 gms or 1 cup or 8 oz
- milk - 1/2 cup
- ginger powder- 1 tsp
- cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
- cloves- 4
- nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
* Jaggery Caramelization
- jaggery powder- 1/4 cup
- water - 1/4 cup
* Milk Curdling
- milk- 1/4 cup
- white vinegar- 2 tsp
* Cake Preparation
- chopped walnuts- 1 /4 cup
- chopped almonds - 1/4 cup
- chopped cashews - 2tbsp
- wheat flour - 1 tsp
- spice date mixture
- soaked fruits
- caramelized jaggery
- vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- whole wheat flour - 1 cup
- curdled milk
- loaf pan - 8.5*4 inch
