Alpert JFS is a non-profit organization in Florida that establishes and professionally manages Pooled Special Needs Trust accounts. A Pooled Trust allows adults in need of skilled care, regardless of age, to place income and/or assets into the Trust so that they can qualify for much needed government benefits, like Medicaid, to cover basic medical expenses while using the money in the Trust for enhanced or supplemental care and other expenses to improve their quality of life.
