Soycery serves up tofu every week at the Monterey Park Farmer’s Market, and more recently they’ve been hosting BBQ Tofu Nights at Au Lac in DTLA! I attended last night and tried out each of the 4 skewers on the menu, along with their slider and a durian sticky rice with mango dessert 🥭
