A Special Terrorism and Disruptive Activities Act (TADA) court have pronounced the much-awaited judgment on Friday, against gangster Mustafa Dossa, Firoz Khan and Tahir Merchant finding them guilty of conspiracy in 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts case. The under trials, Mustafa Dossa, Abu Salem, Feroz Abdul Rashid Khan, Taher Merchant, Riyaz Siddiqui, Abdul Qayyum Shaikh and Karimullah Khan face multiple charges including criminal conspiracy, waging war against the Government of India and murder under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act (TADA).
