Mexico is the most dangerous country in Latin America for journalists, according to a report from the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR). Of the 150 journalists killed last year in Latin America, a third were murdered in Mexico. The IACHR report underscores the correlation between violence against the press and government corruption.
