170 gram bitter cikolata ( sutlu yada beyaz cikolata da olur ancak videoda bahsettiğim gibi daha yumusak kivamli olacaktir)
1 yumurta sarisi
1 cay bardagindan 2 parmak eksik sut

Size of the tea glass I used: 100ml

1 pack cream (200ml)
