I show here how to bake on a baking stone with 2 methods to steam the bread in the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro.

Method 1:
1) Place baking pan on first level, baking stone on second level
2) Pour boiling water on the baking pan for steam.
3) Bake dough at 480 F for 20 min, then lower to 430 F and bake
for 10 or more min, depending on desired color. Remove the pan
with water if not dry.

Method 2:
1) Place baking stone on the first level, and put a loaf pan on one
side of it.
2) Pour boiling water on the loaf pan for steam.
3) Bake dough at 480 F for 20 min, then lower to 430 F and bake
for 10 or more min, depending on desired color. Remove the pan
with water if not dry.
