Hello September! Fall in coming in hot! And so is the golden rod flow. In my area we are just now hitting golden rod's peak! This means....it is time to start slamming the hives with syrup to help them out in some weight in preparation for winter. I live in a northern climate (Michigan) which means my bees will need quite a bit of feed to make it through the winter. Especially if I don't want to have to put on emergency stores last minute... so here are all of my tips for fall feeding and getting your hive ready for this winter!
