Wear , dirt . Staining .Inherent glazing , colouring and firing defects / flaws , including bubbles , glaze-crust / lumps . Possible scratching and nibbling of base rims /feet. No observed cracks , chips or hairlines . Transfer seal marks on base , The 'opposing' panels are facing each other and are slightly different as they are hand done. They are non transfer [ and non transfer outline.] ANTIQUE style CHINESE VASES 100% Hand potted porcelain with 100% non transfer hand painting c.1980. Pair Famille Rose pedigree vases ; showing signs of hand potting , from porcelain clay ,on a potters wheel. [The lids may be slip cast as they have regular size.] The 2 vase main bodies have size reassuring difference [ indicating non casting ] , and swirl / grain /potter's marks inside. ALL the decoration is handmade. The base seal is transfer. The main and lid decoration is 100% hand painted ; I cannot see any transfers apart from seals.
