“MUASI” - Muasi or Muwasi is the Ilonggo version of Palitaw. Muasi, the Ilonggo-style Palitaw is a chewy dumplings made of glutinous rice flour, topped with brown sugar and toasted sesame seeds. It is so delicious and addicting specially with extra brown sugar and toasted sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds (Grind) (Optional)
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (Mascovado)
2 Cups Glutinous Rice Flour
1 Cup Water
