The High Court has quashed the decision by chief fire arms licensing officer to revoke Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho firearms certificate early this year and directed him to issue him with the certificate. Justice George Odunga also stopped the Cabinet Secretary for Interior Joseph Nkaiserry from harassing the Governor.
