We mark the 161st anniversary of Gustav Mahler's birth with a complete performance of his Ninth Symphony, his last completed work.

This performance of the version for single players by Klaus Simon was recorded in March 2021, and marked the ESO's first return to work after the second COVID-19 lockdown.
