President Muhammadu Buhari has directed the Ministry of environment to locate, study and come up with appropriate recommendation from a report produced 95 years ago on how to prevent Lake Chad from drying up. The President who gave the directive during a briefing by the officials of the Ministry expressed serious concern over the Lake is fast receding with devastating consequences on the lives of surrounding communities.
